Meet with Lou

Hello, I’m Lou, the mama of Alunahava.

I am a woman walking the path of life, a mother and a daughter of the Earth. Today, I guide women toward the healing and awakening of their womb, helping them reconnect with the Earth, the Living, the unseen worlds, their inner power, and the sacred feminine within.

Like each women, I too stumble and rise again, embracing the wisdom of not knowing, and at times, starting anew.
